In 1994 SEEDS started as a voluntary organization with a modest intent to contribute to a better world and the youthful zest of being out of the ordinary. The journey has neither diluted the spirit nor the intent.
As we moved ahead, the unpleasant realities of nature not only made us more anxious but also provided direction. To prevent loss of lives and livelihoods due to natural disasters particularly those of children, emerged as definite mandate. SEEDS with its small team if committed individuals reached out to families affected by earthquakes, floods, cyclones: restored schools and homes and invariably put faith on education to build long term resilience.
SEEDS continue to advocate and involve with communities across Asia to ensure safer and sustainable world.
