How we helped
SEEDS was a member of the research team along with the World Bank and IIPA. We focussed on survey research and appraisal of rural resettlement & rehabilitation aspects of the medium sized reservoir projects. In particular, this affected indigenous communities in interior tribal areas of Madhya Pradesh. The findings were presented at a training workshop of senior government officials.
